A simple, creamy salad dressing, which is quick and easy to make. It goes exceedingly well when tossed with red and white cabbage, red onions and grated carrots.

Ingredients
Makes: 375 g approximately
- 325ml mayonnaise
- 50g caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 pinch celery seeds
- seasoned salt to taste
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste

- Place all the ingredients into a big jar. Shake well and chill for 1 hour or more before using.

This was a quick dressing to get together and perfect on coleslaw. It was slightly sweet, so, I added a little more vinegar. The flavors complimented perfectly with my tangy barbeque chicken. - 12 Feb 2015
