About this recipe:I live near a posh chocolate shop and I can find delicious chocolate there from all over the world. I had a wonderful spiced hot chocolate there once, and here is my version of their fabulous recipe. You could also try a pinch of cayenne pepper instead of the black pepper.
1/2 chocolate bar with a minimum of 70% cocoa
200ml full fat milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crème fraiche (optional)

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add milk and stir. Add cinnamon and pepper, mix well. Add the crème fraiche if desired. Serve hot.
