    About this recipe: Mum used to make this recipe and she used crab meat, but you can also use lobster meat or prawns. If you want a festive starter, sprinkle with some lump fish caviar. If you don't have time to use fresh crab, don't hesitate to open a tin - but it is so much better with fresh ingredients! You can also use fresh vegetables.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250g frozen mixed diced vegetables, thawed
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 4 slices ham
    • 4 crab legs, shelled
    • 1 teaspoon lump fish caviar

    1. In a medium bowl, add the vegetables and the mayonnaise, mix well. Stir in the crab meat.
    2. Take a slice of ham in your hand and one spoon of the vegetable mixture and roll up the slice of ham.
    3. Serve one wrap per person and decorate with caviar if desired.
