200g (7 oz) cauliflower florets

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the cumin seeds and mustard seeds in the hot oil. Cook and stir until the seeds begin to pop. Mix in the peas and cauliflower. Season with salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
