About this recipe: This is a dense fruit cake, which is super-easy to make. Dried fruit is soaked in milky coffee, then mixed with sugar and flour, before being baked.

So I followed it step by step as its my first time trying Christmas cake and it was a disaster. Not enough flour. So it didn't bake into a cake. it was a soggy mess. Next time, I strongly suggest adding at least 250g of flour. - 24 Nov 2015
