Caraway and herb cottage cheese

    A refreshing and quick German dip or spread from Swabia. It is best with fresh herbs. And, of course, very fresh crusty bread.

    • 250g cottage cheese
    • 1 tablespoon soured cream
    • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
    • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
    • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill
    • salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste

    1. Mix the cottage cheese with the soured cream, caraway, chives, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
