Iced coffee milkshake

Ice cold and frothy coffee flavoured milk - goes well with my Aussie beef burger. Serve with a long straw.

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 1 shot espresso coffee
- 2 rounded teaspoons caster sugar
- 2 tall glasses milk
- 1 handful crushed ice

Preparation method
Prep: 2 mins | Extra time: 5 mins, chilling1.
Melt the coffee and sugar with a little hot water and place in a blender. Add the milk and ice.

Blend until frothy and ice cold. Pour back into glasses and serve with a long straw.
