- 1 shot espresso coffee
- 2 rounded teaspoons caster sugar
- 2 tall glasses milk
- 1 handful crushed ice
Prep:2min › Extra time:5min chilling › Ready in:7min
- Melt the coffee and sugar with a little hot water and place in a blender. Add the milk and ice.
- Blend until frothy and ice cold. Pour back into glasses and serve with a long straw.
