- 6 tablespoons grated horseradish
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons whipped cream
- vinegar

- Mix the horseradish, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper together. Stir in cream and gradually add vinegar to taste mixing well. Extra sugar can be added according to taste.
