These buttery biscuits are rolled in ground hazelnuts and filled with strawberry jam. Feel free to use any jam you prefer. You can also try them with Nutella or peanut butter.
They came out fine They actually taste nice. In the future I would leave them to chill for longer so it would make it easier to spoon them out. But other than that, they are yummy YAY - 03 Mar 2012
Ok I have just put them in the oven. I don't think this recipe is right, the dough was very sticky and didn't go into balls, it was also impossible to get a whole in the middle to put in the jam. I reckon it all should have been rolled into a dough and chilled for a lot longer than 30 minutes. I will tell you how they turn out!! - 03 Mar 2012
