It's amazing how a few ingredients can create such a wonderful appetiser. Mushrooms are stuffed with chorizo, garlic and shallots, then baked. Simple and delicious. They're the perfect finger food for any dinner party.
Deliciously simple! The only change I made was to sprinkle some manchego cheese over the mushrooms before cooking (any cheese would work though). Served alongside a peppered steak and baby veggies. So adatable too! - 05 May 2012
I have to go off of my husbands rating (unfortunately I am not a mushroom fan). I didn't have chorizo, so I used regular sausage and added some extra spices. He really enjoyed these and the only change he would make is mixing the sausage with the other ingredients more. The stuffing mixture turned out crumbly and was difficult to contain in the mushrooms. - 12 Aug 2011
