About this recipe:
A delicious marzipan, which is made with almonds and pistachios. It's sweet and incredibly nutty. Use as you would with shop-bought marzipan.
Makes: 750 g
250g blanched almonds
125g shelled unsalted unroasted pistachios
375g icing sugar
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- Finely grind the almonds and pistachios in a food processor. Add the icing sugar and orange blossom water and add just enough water to form a smooth paste. Wrap in aluminium foil and refrigerate.
