About this recipe: A delicious marzipan, which is made with almonds and pistachios. It's sweet and incredibly nutty. Use as you would with shop-bought marzipan.
Sweeter than the traditional marzipan but just as delicious. Not as oily and dries quicker so cake could be iced in less time. I used about 55mls of water per batch and got a weight of around 1.6kg from 2 batches. - 20 May 2017
