- 2 hot dog rolls
- 2 good quality continental frankfurters
- large cupful leftover chilli con carne (see note)
- 2 handfuls grated cheese
Directions
Prep:2min › Cook:10min › Ready in:12min
- Slice the rolls. Lightly pan fry the frankfurters until cooked, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile reheat the chilli in the microwave. Assemble with the cheese on top. Serve with fries and or potato wedges or crisps.
