Some roasted loose baby potatoes go nicely with it.
This was extremely simple and yet tasty. I would suggest chicken breasts are flattened out prior to trying to stuff the strips of pepper and asparagus inside as it was a bit of a struggle to get the chicken to hold together once all the ingredients were in. Did this for Sunday lunch with all the trimmings and it went down a treat yet was very light and healthy. Good job! - 19 Jan 2013
