About this recipe: My friend gave me his recipe for Kashmiri garam masala. I am more than happy to be able to share it with all of you. I like to try different garam masala recipes and this one is tops! This is the first one that I have ever tried that uses black cumin seeds and fennel. This is a very interesting combination of flavours indeed. Really yummy and has to be tried. You’ll never use ordinary garam masala again!
