Creamy white pasta sauce

About this recipe: It takes just five ingredients and fifteen minutes to make this deliciously rich and creamy cheese sauce. Serve over your favourite pasta.

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 50g butter
  • 250ml double cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 150g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
