A foolproof recipe for the most incredible tasting muffins. They are sweet, cinnamony and packed full of apple and walnutty goodness.
I used one large cooking apple little sugar and a drop of water instead of tined apples and part cooked them after chopping to about 10mm square I got very good reports for these muffins - 22 Apr 2015
These were great! I didn't have any walnuts, but they still came out wonderful. I found that the recipe made about 28 muffins and that it took me a lot longer to cook them than I was expecting. I thought the oven ought to be a little hotter. They were wonderful right from the oven and then cold later. Yum!!
