About this recipe: This is a great side dish that goes well with almost everything. Spaghetti is baked with sweetcorn and Cheddar cheese.


Serves: 6 

  • 115g broken dry spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 (340g) tins sweetcorn kernels
  • 120g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 425g tinned creamed style corn
  • 50g margarine, melted

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
  2. Combine spaghetti with sweetcorn, cheese, creamed style corn and margarine in a 1.5 litre baking dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked.
