4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dark dark brown soft sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground red peppercorns
170g tomato puree

In a saucepan over medium heat, blend together all of the ingredients till smooth. Stirring frequently, bring sauce to the boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
