need more icing sugar but apart from that was good - 20 Oct 2012

This toffee icing tastes delicious. It was the perfect consistency to spread over a tray bake cake. The only problem was the icing sugar clumped together in small clumps and had to be vigorously beaten into the mixture but it still left lots of small spots of icing sugar in the mix. - 18 Sep 2014

Very nice, but if it cools downs too quickly it kinda turns into a fudge and isn't easy to spread - 14 Jun 2014
