Carrot and tuna bites

    5 min

A superbly quick and easy snack that is healthy and tasty. The crunchy carrot here is sliced on the diagonal and used as a 'cracker'. You can get creative and add herbs, spices, lemon, etc. to taste.

loved it. add a dash of soy sauce and this recipe will be the best and cheapest alternative to sushi.  -  18 Jan 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This was a great lunch! Really smart. I actually used those pre-sliced "carrot chips" and kind of goosed up my canned tuna with a couple chopped dill pickles, a little garlic power/onion powder and a little spicy brown mustard. Of course my littlest wouldn't eat it but my oldest and I had a great lunch! Thanks for the great idea.  -  24 Jun 2010  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This is a great idea! I added pepper and instead of all mayo, used a combo of mayo and dijon mustard to add the the tuna.  -  13 Mar 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
