- This recipe is amazing! I used about 200g of Tickle Mature Cheddar (found at Tesco) and the result was fantastic! The loaf turned out very light and bouncy, one of the best bread machine loafs I’ve made. Thick cut, toasted with a little butter, this is marvellous snack – Thank you - 23 Mar 2011

Just put this in bread machine, but is it 1.5 machine reciepe as looks lots of flour way more than I use??? Thanks - 27 Mar 2015

Only the 3rd loaf of bread I have ever made - fantastic! What a wonderful smell in the house too. Great as an accompaniment to soup, or just on its own. For other newbies - use the normal 400g of flour setting, even though there seems a lot more ingredients than in other recipes. Thank you - 26 Jul 2014
