A wonderfully nutty and rich recipe for peanut butter blondies. These taste fantastic. For extra richness, add a drizzle of chocolate icing over the top of these blondies, or cover in melted chocolate. You can also add about 150g of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips to the mixture before baking. Made with margarine, these are also dairy free.
