    About this recipe: An easy chicken pasta salad that's full of flavour. Perfect for light summer suppers, picnics or packed lunches. If preparing ahead of time, mix all together just before serving.

    Serves: 4 

    • 340g fusilli pasta
    • 675g skinless chicken breast fillets - cut into strips
    • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 110g crumbled feta cheese
    • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
    • 4 tablespoons Italian-style vinaigrette

    1. In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, season chicken strips with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic granules. Grill in oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until juices run clear. Cool chicken. Cut into bite size pieces.
    3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, chicken, tomatoes and feta cheese. Toss with the vinaigrette, and serve.
