    About this recipe: Pan fried chicken breasts that are really, quite simply, dead easy to make! They are flavoured with chicken stock granules and butter, and that is it. Serve with potatoes and veg, or in a sandwich.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
    • 60g butter or margarine
    • 2 tablespoons chicken stock granules

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Melt butter or margarine in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Stir in stock granules; when melted together, add chicken and brown, turning often. If necessary, add a little more butter or margarine and granules. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

    A little salty. Could use some form of unsalted margarine to lessen the saltiness. I prepared and put on a chicken pasta. My very picky husband liked it and he normally does not eat chicken unless it's fried with a batter on it.
