100g caster sugar
125g natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
375g self-raising flour
90g plain chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time then stir in the milk, yoghurt and vanilla. Blend in the flour, then fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop mixture into the prepared muffin tin.
Bake in prepared oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Move to a wire rack to cool.
