Fudgy chocolate frosting
Fabulous chocolate fudge frosting, which makes any cake a show-stopper! Easy to make, with everyday ingredients that you're likely to have to hand.
Ingredients

- 55g cooking chocolate
- 110g butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 450g icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, butter and milk. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and beat in icing sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, adjusting consistency with more milk or sugar, if necessary.

Really decent recipe. Altered it slightly with half cooking chocolate and half high quality dark chocolate. Works amazingly well. - 15 Apr 2015
