About this recipe: A soft chocolate cookie that is reminiscent of rocky road thanks to mini marshmallows dotted on the top of each cookie. Very easy to make and fun to get the kids involved. Take care not to over-bake.

These cookies taste great and are very easy to throw together. The only down side is that the marshmellows melt away in the oven. Try placing the marshmellows on top immediately after the cookies come out of the oven. Enjoy!  -  13 Feb 2002  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
