    About this recipe: This is a quick and easy, no-bake snack bar. A rich, peanutty base is spread with a chocolate fudge-like topping. Enjoy these energy bars anytime of the day.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 2 dozen bars

    • 450g digestive biscuits, crushed
    • 225g butter, melted
    • 650g peanut butter
    • 300g icing sugar
    • 340g plain chocolate chips
    • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk

    Method

    1. Grease a 20x30cm tin.
    2. Mix digestive biscuit crumbs, butter, peanut butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the prepared tin.
    3. In a small pot melt chocolate chips and condensed milk together over a low heat. Stir until well mixed. Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture. Chill for 4 hours. Cut and serve.
