About this recipe: A delicious salad, which is quick and easy to make. Cabbage, crushed instant noodles, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds and spring onions are tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.

Serves: 10 

  • 1 (85g) packet instant noodles, crushed
  • 225g cabbage, finely chopped
  • 115g flaked almonds
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 125ml vegetable oil
  • 75ml cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar

  1. In large bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, almonds, sunflower seeds and spring onions. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and sugar. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
