Easy Coffee Icing
Just four ingredients stand between you and a wonderful tasting icing. This icing does well on chocolate or coffee flavoured cakes, muffins, biscuits or cookies.
Ingredients
Makes: 325 g approximately
- 240g sugar
- 50g butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons strongly brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Beat together icing sugar, butter, coffee and vanilla until smooth. Add more liquid or icing sugar as needed.

Easy and for a first time making icing turned out very well I should of just added a lil extra icing sugar as it was a lil runny. But otherwise it is tasty and went well on top of coffee muffins. - 14 Feb 2016
