I made it with applesauce instead of butter, which I think made it very dense. The flavours were nice, but the raisins sank to the bottom. Will try making it again with butter/ margarine and try adding raisins last after tossing them in some flour. - 28 Dec 2016 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
