Pasta Bake with Corned Beef
A hearty, flavour-packed pasta dish. Noodles are tossed with corned beef, cheese, chicken soup, milk and onion, topped with breadcrumbs and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
Serves: 4 - 6
- 225g wide egg noodles
- 1 (340g) tin corned beef, chopped into chunks
- 115g processed cheese, such as Kraft singles, unwrapped and chopped
- 1 (295g) tin condensed cream of chicken soup
- 250ml milk
- 80g chopped onion
- 110g seasoned dry breadcrumbs

- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- Cook noodles according to packet's instructions. Drain.
- Combine noodles, corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion. Pour into a 2 litre baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

This is my 2nd time making this recipe. It's delicious, however you do need to cut down on the bread crumbs. One other thing I will do next time is use the whole 8 oz. of Velveeta cheese to make it cheesier! Great casserole! - 30 Aug 2002 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
