    About this recipe: This is an incredibly moist and tender loaf of bread. It's flavoured with dill seeds and dried onion. Enjoy freshly baked with lashings of butter.

    Makes: 1 loaf

    • 160ml warm water (45 degrees C)
    • 150g cottage cheese
    • 25g margarine
    • 410g bread flour
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
    • 1 tablespoon dried milk powder
    • 1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
    • 1 tablespoon dill seeds
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried active baking yeast

    1. Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the Basic Bread cycle and press start.

    This bread was extremely light and well tasted wonderful although I wouldn't have guessed it was made with cottage cheese.have made it a few times and it always turns out consistently well.I have also made it using half strong wholemeal flour with the same results. - 08 Aug 2016
