Beef and Beans
- 450g lean minced beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 310g sweetcorn kernels
- 1 2/3 (560g) tins ranch-style beans

- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Saute minced beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in sweetcorn and beans. Bring to the boil; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Can be purchased in Mexican speciality shops or online.
