One tin chocolate chip cake

    40 min

This is a great cake for people who hate washing up! Everything is mixed in the baking tin and baked. The cake is chocolately, moist and packed full of chocolate chips. Enjoy as is, with ice cream or cream.

very easy to make, very moist, very nice and chocolatey. however i added a bit of caster sugar second time round as its not sweet enough for my personal taste. but a great recipe nonetheless. thank you peachey xx  -  22 Aug 2012

This is do easy to make and I have even turned it into muffins too ☺😊. I have made this with Orange essence and mint extract too and it's wonderful with both.  -  15 Jul 2015

First cake I have made without eggs or butter, but wow, this is absolutely delicious!! I made with light brown soft sugar as I had no dark in my cupboards, this might have to be my new go to cake :o)  -  13 Nov 2014
