A nice alternative to buttercream lighter and creamier. i had to add quite a lot more icing sugar for it to be thick enough to pipe onto my cupcakes. will deffo use again - 08 Jan 2012

I like the smooth creamy texture. I used the whole 8 oz creeam cheese though and a little more poweder sugar and still great.
