Cream Cheese and Cucumber Canapes
This is probably the simplest appetiser you will ever make. German rye bread is topped with a herbed cream cheese and cucumber. Everyone will enjoy these delicious party nibbles!
Ingredients
Serves: 15
- 225g cream cheese, processed in a food processor until light and creamy
- 20g dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 450g German rye bread, cut into 4x4cm squares
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and Italian-style dressing mix. Spread equal portions of the mixture on bread slices. Top each with a slice of cucumber.
