115g plain chocolate
170g unsalted butter
150g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
350g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
100g chopped macadamia nuts
270g white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Coat a 20x30cm baking tin with cooking oil spray.
Melt plain chocolate and butter in bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Sieve together the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add the chocolate mixture and stir until well blended. Then add the dry ingredients, mix well. Finally stir in the nuts and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared tin. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until firm and white chips are lightly coloured. Cut into bars when cool.
