    A fantastic blend of herbs, which goes well with almost anything. This herb mix stores for upto 12 weeks in an airtight container.

    Makes: 16 tablespoons

    • 2 tablespoons dried basil
    • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
    • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
    • 2 tablespoons dried marjoram
    • 2 tablespoons dried coriander
    • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
    • 2 tablespoons dried savory
    • 2 tablespoons crushed chillies

    1. In a food processor, combine basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, coriander, thyme, savory and crushed chillies. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.

    No need for the food processor. I put this mix into an empty aldi spice jar / grinder that used to have their herbs d'provence mix in it. This way, the mix is fresh ground whenever I need it.  -  15 Feb 2010  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)


    Great recipe! I love when you can mix up seasonings vs. buying them. I put this into my mini food processor and let it go.
