    About this recipe: A simple and delicious creamy cheese sauce. Once you make this wonderful sauce, it will become a firm favourite. Stir through hot pasta or broccoli.

    Serves: 8 

    • 115g butter, room temperature
    • 75g grated Parmesan cheese
    • 250ml double cream

    1. In a medium bowl, beat butter and Parmesan with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add cream, a little at a time, until mixture resembles softly scrambled eggs. Stir through hot pasta or your favourite veg.
