    About this recipe: Most barbecue sauces use a base of ketchup, but in the American South, they prefer using mustard.

    Serves: 12 

    • 1 bottle French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 4 tablespoons light brown soft sugar
    • 4 tablespoons distilled cider vinegar
    • freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the mustard, honey, sugar and vinegar. Season with black pepper. Bring to the boil, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pork or beef. If you want more flavour, let the meat simmer in the sauce for about 30 minutes.
