Creamy chicken pasta bake

    This spaghetti dish is guaranteed to be enjoyed by everyone. Spaghetti is baked with chicken in a creamy sauce. Enjoy with crusty bread, if desired.

    Serves: 8 

    • 450g cooked and drained spaghetti
    • 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    • 2 (295g) tins condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 525ml water
    • 50g butter
    • 2 cubes chicken stock
    • 4 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese

    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Place spaghetti into 20x30cm baking dish. Place chicken on top of spaghetti.
    2. In medium saucepan, heat together soup, water, butter and stock. Bring to the boil and then pour over the pasta and chicken. Scatter over cheese and press down gently.
    3. Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 25 minutes.

    Had some left over roast chicken breast so made this. Very easy and very tasty indeed.  -  12 Nov 2015


    Defiantly a favourite with myself and my parents... Meaning I'm always getting asked to make it. Had made a few changes so everyone liked it but overall a great meal  -  26 Feb 2015
