Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Melt butter in a large heavy frying pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Add minced pork, and cook until evenly brown. Drain excess fat.
In a large pot, heat pasta sauce until bubbling. Stir in pork mixture, cooked pasta and soured cream. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
