4 tablespoons dry milk powder
4 tablespoons water
85g plain cooking chocolate, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg white

Cream together margarine and half of the icing sugar.
Mix together milk powder and water. Add to the creamed mixture along with the rest of the icing sugar. Mix well.
Stir in the chocolate, salt, vanilla and unbeaten egg white. Mix well and beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
