    About this recipe: Fresh strawberries, plums, kiwi fruit, peaches, cherries, pineapple and both honeydew and cantaloupe melon...a veritable cornucopia of fresh fruits topped with spoonfuls of light, low fat yoghurt - vanilla or any flavour you like - for a super-healthy, refreshing, cooling sweet salad treat. Gorgeous fruit salad for a breakfast, brunch, summer picnic or barbecue.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 450g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 1 large peach, stones removed and cut into bite-size pieces
    • 2 plums, stones removed and cut into bite-size pieces
    • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
    • 145g sweet dark cherries, stones removed and halved
    • 175g honeydew melon balls or cubes
    • 160g cantaloupe balls or cubes
    • 165g cubed fresh pineapple
    • 160g grapes
    • 850g reduced fat vanilla yoghurt

    1. In a large salad bowl lightly mix together the strawberries, peach, plums, kiwi fruit, cherries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe melon, pineapple and grapes until the fruit is well mixed. Serve in bowls with yoghurt spooned over the top.
