About this recipe:
This is a wonderful vegetarian pasta that's quick and easy to make. Spaghetti is served with a garlicky tomato sauce. Enjoy with a side salad or crusty bread, if desired.
Serves: 3 - 4
3 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- In a saucepan, heat the oil and add the garlic, cook but do not let garlic brown. Stir in the passata and oregano. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook spaghetti as per packet's instructions and drain.
- Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and serve.
