225g butter, softened
150g caster sugar
175g dark brown soft sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
280g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
340g plain chocolate chips
115g chopped walnuts

In large bowl, beat butter, caster sugar, dark brown soft sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Gradually add flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Spread in greased 14 inch round pizza pan. Bake at 190 C / Gas 5 for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookie in pan on a cooling rack. Decorate as desired.
