Simple steak marinade
A quick and easy marinade that will knock the socks off anyone who tries it. The sauce is made with hot pepper sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Ingredients
Makes: 6 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Mix the hot pepper sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl; season to taste with salt and black pepper and pour over steak of your choice. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
