110g butter, softened
200g caster sugar
125g plain flour
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
65g chopped almonds
150g desiccated coconut
1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
1 (450g) container ready-made chocolate icing, such as Betty Crocker

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a 20x30cm baking tin.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and caster sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour and cocoa powder. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared tin.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove from the oven and sprinkle the almonds and coconut over the base. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the whole tin. Return to the oven.
Bake for 15 additional minutes in the preheated oven or until golden. Allow to cool completely before icing with the prepared icing and cutting into squares.
