This carrot side dish will be loved by everybody. It's easy to make and absolutely delicious. Carrots are tossed in butter, honey, lemon juice and ground ginger.

Used a couple of grates of fresh gingerroot instead of powder and a couple of grates of lemon rind in addition to lemon juice and it was delicious.
